Woocomerce Thumbnail not working at all.

Hello,

I have recently did a product test for the shop section but the thumbnails are not working at all. They look so big same size as the main product image. I have tried everything and nothing works.

this is how the thumbnails should look:

good

However, this is how mine look:

bad thumbnails

how can i fixed this? I already changed the setting as instructed in documentation. Also, i regenerated the thumbnails with the plugin recommended by the theme.
