Translate Topbar Textfield

Here is my problem: I started this website with one language (German) and now it has to be 3 (German/French/English).
I build a principal Nav-Menu (http://www.pixhoster.info/f/2016-10/a24d032349c82558bdb8e434bfd44a16.png)
and then a second (http://www.pixhoster.info/f/2016-10/aedd9b52d81cdb849372dc5d5a2e638f.png) using the Topbar Textfield option.
Now I don’t know how to make three different version of this second Menu. One for each language.
Do you have a solution for this?
