TF download missing files & plugins

Hi, I have tried now for over 4 hours to install this theme with no success at all. I must have downloaded both install file zip & full zip 10 times on different computers, it simply doesnt have the plugins or xml import files when searching through the zip. *I have searched for xml in both zips with nothing being returned, the plugins do appear in the install only zip but on install via WP it says they ca]nnot be found.

Please can you send me the correct zip file to at least get started with this theme and have plugins and demo data installed. Im no expert but have been working with TF themes for around 6 years, never had this issue before.
