Sidebar moved down under page content

Hi I saw a recent support ticket as someone else had the same problem. On the site I’m building the sidebars are empty until the bottom of the main content, then the sidebars start where the main content ends. I have tried in 3 browsers and the issue is the same in all of them, zoom is not on on any of the browsers.
