Raw JS showing a "Enter JS here" pop-up window right before loading the page

Hi, my client has added a little AI chatbot to their website. I inputted the JS snippet using the Raw JS module available within the page building. But, before the page loads, I get a pop-up window prompting me to enter javascript. How do I avoid this window? It’s especially prominent on the mobile experience.
