Portfolio thumnail size

I bought Unicon theme on envato themeforest.
and currently customizing.
but faced problem about Main page thumnail margin error.

I tried to control custom css. but Every page margins are beginning to break up.

I really want to support team help ASAP.

1. I want to cut width between thumnail in work cartegory to 10px. what should I do at custom CSS?

.container .four.columns {
display:inline;
float:left;
width: 290px;
}
.container .columns {
margin-left: 5px;
margin-right: 5px;
}

adjusting like that, all content is changed besides work content , what should I do for adfusting only that part?

2. in the work content there is an error when the content is loaded, all that is overlaped sometimes. is it because the content loaded seprarately? is there any soultion?
