Portfolio Breadcrumbs not linked

I was sent from themeforest Comments to your support forum here 😉

My original question:
I have a question regarding the breadcrumbs for portfolio items.
We have currently the following breadcrumbs on our portfolio items: Home > Portfolio > Portfolio Item
“Portfolio” and “Portfolio Item” are just simple text, no links. We want to link the “Portfolio” Part to a anchor/section of our homepage (one pager).

(How) Is this possible?
