Onepage menu implementation.

I am trying to implement the ‘one page’ demo of your theme into my website. How do I do that and remove all other options in the menu from my website? I have initially tried to change the main menu item to ‘one page’, but when i check it on my website I am not getting the cool javascript effect in which it makes it smooth to browse from one page to another part of the website using the menu. How do I make it exactly like the demo of one page in your theme?
