Move header menu down so it is centred to logo

Good morning,

When I input my logo into the header, it has moved the menu up. Can you please let me know how to move it back down so it is centred inline with the logo?

Also, for the header, what is the recommended size for the logo? I have played around with a few, but still not quite happy.
