Can you please let me know how to activate ‘mobile responsiveness’ within the Unicon Theme?

Issues
– no hamburger for mobile navigation
– home page – white arrows either side of the homepage slider – it’s covering the text + image
– home page – category images (web design, eBooks, social media, online analysis) – look horrible on mobile
