Mobile menu not working

Hi, website is http://smarsdenplasteringandbuilding.co.uk/

and hamburger menu is not showing at top of page in mobile, it is sitting in the middle/further down the page on some text/copy. When you touch it, it does open the menu items at the top of the page, but these don’t work, so you can’t access the other site pages

Zoom is off in theme settings.
