How to use woocommerce slider in revolution slider

Hi Support,

when creating revolution slider, there is woocommerce option as data source.
I select it and select product category I want to show.
and save the slider.

but when showing the slider on my homepage, it’s blank. no image to be shown.
do you know why?

it should be under Our Bestsellers section
