Editing and adding custom colours?

Hi there,

I am currently using this theme but I do not see any way to edit button colours or extensive text? Is there any reason for this? I see it is all handled by shortcodes and adding in the colours manually. Is there no way to create custom button presets?

So basically is this all handled within the shortcodes CSS and hardcoded values? Another example would be the generic submit input[type=submit]
This is handled in shortcodes as well. Does this require us to go edit the file manually?

This would also apply to backgrounds for an image box etc.
