CSS adaptions for mobile devices

Hey Folks 🙂
Love the theme and am super happy with the result so far.

But we got some “little” issues regarding the responsive design on mobile devices:

1. Icon boxes (flip): How can we chance the height of the boxes? On tablets and mobile devices we run out of space because we need to store some text in there.

2. Secondly I’d need to change the font size also of the headlines on mobile/desktop devices for the icon boxes as they run out of the box: https://glc2.de/consulting/

3. Is it possible to toggle the orientation of the background images for certain key visuals on mobile devices?
For example on the starting page I need the right part of the image, on other pages it might be centered…

This can be done in the CSS file I guess – but where exactly and what would I need to change?
