Click on menu item should open sub menu on mobile.

Hi,

At present, if you have a sub menu the only way to open it on mobile is to click the arrow.
Is there anyway to make the sub menu open up when the main menu item is clicked if it is linked to ‘#’ ?
That would be a lot more user friendly for the visitors.
