Change color and letter spacing in the typography (h1–h6 tags)

Dear all

I would like to change the color in the h1-h1 tags.
Example: h1 should be blue and h2 in red.

In theme options I didn’t find how I can do that. I can only choose one color for all the h-tags.

And I also would like to add some letter spacing in some of the h-tags. How can I do that?
