Background Colour bleeding into Menu

Hi, I am using visual Composer to build an about us page (www.cuttingedgedigital.com.au/pages/about-us) and the background colour of the “Headline” is bleeding into the menu. When you scroll down it disappears but I want the menu to always be white. Also if you could please let me know I how to make the text not have that white background!
