wpbakery all elements and parameters not available

Hi,

I have enabled all the wpbakery elements from Theme Options -> General -> Enable all VC elements. However, I can’t see all the elements still. For example, in VC 4.9, equal column height option was introduced, but I don’t see this when I add a new row. The frontend editor is also not available. I tried to comment the vc_remove_element and vc_remove_param in the ‘vctweaks_alternative.php’ but that does not seem to have any effect.

May I know how can I enable all the elements and parameters?
