How can I find the Unicon Documentation?

Hi

First of all, thanks a lot for building this awesome theme.
But I am a bit disappointed because Themeforest says that this theme is well documented.
I do not see any documentation , I only see loaths of features and image samples which is great but this does not help me achieve some specific tasks.

One such thing that I am trying to figure out is how to create a page using one of the predefined page types ( such as About Us Page).

Please point me to the documentation for unicon so that I do not bug you everytime and if possible please help me create a custom page with the supplied page samples.
