Visual Composer: Make title of Icon Box editable

Hello support,

I have the following problem with the Visual Composer element „icon box“: I can not change the h-tag of the title. It is only possible to change the headline text but now if it should be a h1, h2, h3 or normal text. The other visual composer elements have this option, the icon box not. All titles are automaticly <h3>. But for seo it would be great if we can change it.

If you can say me how to change this in „/framework/inc/visualcomposer“ I can implement it myself.
