Vimeo widget in Visual Composer does not show video

Hi.
I added a video to our front page using the built in widget via VC..but nothing shows on the front page of the site, video-wise 🙁
Code I added into the VC-widget was:
<iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/xxxxxxxxxx&#8221; width=”640″ height=”362″ frameborder=”0″ webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>

Of course the xxxxxxxx are not the right url 🙂

Any clues? Should work…Also tried random clip from youtube..didn’t work!
