Two questions – Visual Composer (or WPBakery), Header Image size, etc.

Hi,

A few questions:

1. Where’s the Visual Composer or WPBakery? I downloaded the theme a few days ago and neither plugin is showing. I need this in order to get started building.

2. How do I increase the size of the header image. It’s narrow, and not like what’s pictured here: http://unicon.minti-themes.com/pages/about-us-classic/ Is it as simple as not adding an image to the title bar and, instead, making it a background image of the header?
