Top Bar Change – Replacing Social Icons with Image

Good morning I am working with this site:

In the top bar where we have call us and then the social icons on the right we would like the social icons to remain in the footer but we would like to REPLACE them in the top bar with an image that clicks through to an external URL. Can you please let me know how to do that? Thank you!
