Tooltips and Links are not working together

Hello Minti,

I would like to have a knowledge base entry in the text which will show a Tooltip “Visit Knowledge Base” when hoovered, but then get me to the entry itself when clicked.

I can see after implementing link to the same term where Tooltip was, Tooltip stops appearing. Any suggestions how to fix it?
