tile background image in footer

Just checking to see if there might be a way to insert a tileable image into the background of the footer. I’m using the latest Unicon template. I’ve looked at the Appearance editor section and didn’t see the CSS setting for backimage or color. Not sure where this change is made, or if it can be made. I’ve purchase this theme from you 11 times, and this is the first time I’ve had a client ask for this.

Any help would be great.
