Theme verlappinp Sections

Just got the theme and installed it and uploaded the demo just fine. I was not able to edit my logo to fit in the header. Also, I cannot edit any page. The pages and sections are overlapping and not responding. It is difficult to edit anything at all. There are no other plugins, only those which came with the theme.
Chrome displays a message the site is trying upload scripts from an unauthenticated site.
