Text Block Settings – Text is Minified – What to turn Minify off

Hi, Hope you can help me, used this theme 3 other times with no issues but this site I have this problem…

Within the “Text Block Settings” Then where there is “Visual/Text” on the right side, when I go to Text, the Text is Minified. How can I turn this off? I went to support for the hosting, WpEngine they tell me its on the Theme. I do not have any plugIns installed to Minify it. The site is http://ott.staging.wpengine.com/ its on a staging site if that makes any difference??
For example;

I want to be able to see it as;
*Code Removed* must be in code tags

But its minified like this…
*Code Removed* must be in code tags
