Stylesheet missing

Hi! I’m trying to upload Unicon theme to my wordpress site, did it via FPT. But when I go back to themes at wordpress it says that theme is broken and that the stylesheet is missing. How come? I downloaded the theme from Envato Market and just unziped the file before uploading it to FTP.
