Stacking on mobile

Hi, I have a layout that has body copy on the left column and a header on the right when it stacks by default the header on the right hand column stacks beneath the body copy. Is it possible to force the stacking these columns so that it stacks the opposite way ie the right hand column stacks above the body copy?
