Some questions regarding to Bloglist module

Hi Phil,
is there any way how to manage status line in bloglist (http://unicon.hellominti.com/blog-2/blog-center/)?

1. I would like to have there only date and category. Where can I manage it?
2. When I click to Read More the blog article appears … but I would like to modify that page (don’t want to see ‘About the author’, all social icons, also wan’t to remove some modules from right side (Archives,Categories)) … where can I do it? What’s the name of the page which are responsible for?
