Slider Revolution not working

Hi. I’m working on my client’s website. He’s using Unicon theme with Slider Revolution v6.1.0. We’re unable to get the slider to work. In Chrome developer console, it’s showing the following errors.

Also, we notice that on the Slider Revolution dashboard, a whole role of options are missing at the top.

Plus we’re unable to make changes to existing sliders. Editing a slider brings up a blank black screen.

We’ve tried disabling all plugins and the problem still exists.
