Setting Portfolio Image Size

Hi,
I love your theme! I just need to ask, I am using the Portfolio: 3 Columns Grid and I am finding that depending on the picture size, it starts to fall out of alignment looking a little more like masonry. Can I set the featured picture (displaying on the portfolio page) to the one size no matter what I have the featured image as? So they are all showing as square on the portfolio page but on the single portfolio page, they remain as they are?

Also, can I add additional sections to the project details area?
