Rollover opacity

Hi,
I’m using a portfolio grid 4 columns – no margin.

And I’m not able to manage the rollover opacity. Right now it seems to be “opacity:0.94” and I would like to make it more transparent.

I checked the options in the theme and I would say there is not any way to manage it. Also, via css I can make it because the JS is overwriting my code.
