Revolution Slider – Opening Position

Hi,

When opening our website, we have a banner from Revolution slider default library.
The banner opens just fine, and works ok.
But, it opens the first time in the website with almost a 2cm left margin. If we resize the computer window, the banner position fixes itself automatically. If we reload, it fixes automatically.
We tried different browsers, different OS, but the same happens.

Would appreaciate any help as we kept trying for almost a week before getting in touch with you, but no success.
