Revolution slider error

Hi,
I bought your Unicon theme. After I ran a WP-reset function Revolution slider stopped working.
On the pages I see the following message: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias fullscreen not found.
Revolution slider page says that the plugin is not activated, although I see on the plugin page that it is activated.
I tried to contact Revolution slider support but they told me to contact theme support.
