revolution slider error in safari browser

hi there phil
i had to use revolution slider shortcode in the page instead of going into Page setting>Revolution Slider>select a slide. check the link so you know what i mean. https://imgur.com/a/WTSY5Il
i used template, elementor full width for the template so i can get the full width slider. <this doesn’t really matter cus i checked with other ones too>
anyways the slider seems to be working fine on chrome, IE, firefox and even with my iphone until i check it with my macbook air (safari). it shows the slider w/o the background image.

I really want to fix this. any idea why its not showing?
