Responsive padding for rows

Hi,

I added to my different rows a padding (top & bottom) of 100px. When it looks good on laptop’s screen, there is too much “space” in between elements on smartphone.

How could I make the padding varies with the device? (as I cannot use “%” or “em” in the element row) My website in the following message
