Posts opened from tagcloud –> headline and selected menu

Hi,
we have one page with a list of posts and a tag cloud. When one clicks on one of tags in the tag cloud the posts that have been supplied with this tag are shown. But there are 2 things we’d like to improve
1.) It would be great if the selected tag could be shown as a headline above the listed posts. Is this possible?
2.) As soon as one clicks on one of the tags, you can’t see any more to which menu topic the tag-list belongs. I have added every post to the menu. Thus, if you open a single post the right menu topic is marked, but as soon as one clicks on a tag in the tag-cloud the menu selection is gone.
