Picture title and description in lightbox

Is there a way to display image title and description in gallery lightbox?
In theme options under Lightbox options I have ‘Show title’ turned on, but titles aren’t being displayed. And also I would like to be able to display the description.
Maybe some additional function to functions.php?;)
