php error on 404.php file

webmaster tools Coverage Status report gave us a 5xx error. The Error are located on the file 404.php. thos file are located on /wp-content/themes/unicon/404.php on line 1

please can you helps us to solve what happen with the line 1 <?php get_header(); ?> ?
