One Page Menu Issue

Hi,

I want to use menu style as one page. I have made that but when you click on the buttons site does not make an ease animation instead just goes to the page area. And when I looked into your demo site URL’s does not change but in my example it changes to #portfoliopart

How can I make that up and down ease animation and make URL the same.
