not all portfolio filters shown in portfolio, filter order

I’m currently building the portfolio for my website. But I have a problem now: I have added 11 portfolio filters. My problem is, that on the portfolio page, there are only shown 5 of them. And I can’t seem to control the order in which they appear although I already installed the plugin “Simple Custom Post Order”. I need to be able to see all 11 portfolio filters on the portfolio page and put them in the right order. If you could please help me with that. Thank you!
