Need help to edit site another designer made

Hi,

So i have been given an assignment where i have to edit, and add to a site made with the unicon theme.
I cant figure out how to edit the text that is already there, and change/add images to the sliders. Unfortunatly i dont have the option to contact the previous designer. The site is behind a “under construction” page. I have been handed a site with a finished design but full of lorem ipsum text and placeholder images. So i really need some help to figure out how to nagivate your theme 🙂

Is there documentation on how to use your theme?
And can you tell me where i can edit the text and images on the site?
