#navigation not linking

Hi,
Q1 – I am using #navigation for one of my sub-menu items and it is not linking up properly. Is my functionality off? I have single page scrolling turned on but I have multiple pages. Am I unable to do this this way? I am using this on the “tour” item under “Experience Mythology”.

Q2 – I would like to add a small navigation to the bottom footer bar. I know I have the option to add it in the theme appearance section but it only allows me to choose the main menu nav, it doesn’t give me the option to choose any of the other menus I’ve created.
