Minti shortcode button not working

In the editor for our website, clicking the “minti shortcode” button (the blue bracket button) doesn’t open a menu. The expand/hide arrow moves, but a menu does not appear. Is there something wrong with the theme/is there an update that didn’t get pushed to us? Our website is csp.umn.edu. The buttons have worked previously, this is a new issue we’ve been seeing.

I know how to hard-code in the buttons, but most of our contributors will not. I can create a guide for them if that is the only way to fix this problem; we are just interested in knowing why that button might not be working.
