Menu links not working on Blog/Contact Pages

Hi there
I have a site which is mainly 1 page, however the Blog and Contact pages are separate.
On the main one page site, the menu is “Transparent Header Only”
On the Blog (Insights) and Contact pages, the header is “Header Only”
However when I am on the Blog or Contact pages, the other links (About, Services, Why Use Us) don’t work. The URL link makes it look like they are trying to go to the One Page “#section 1 etc” on the Blog and Contact pages (Which don’t exist) rather than sending me back to the Homepage.
