Make page full height without scrolling

Hi!

I have a question regarding how to make a page “full height” with no scrolling. I have managed this partly by setting the only row in my page to “full width section” and “full height”, but I am still able to scroll when viewing the page on some browsers and on mobile. If I add “overflow:hidden” to the CSS I will not be able to see the whole content depending on the resolution on the device/screen so that’s obviously not an option.
