Lost my Sub and Mobile Menu on update.

Recently updated the theme and wordpress to 4.9.2 and lost my mobile menu and submenu.
Strangest thing, its only on the home page. Other pages display as they should in regards to menus but homepage it is not display submenu on hover no mobile menu on click of mobile menu bar
