We have HTTPS enabled in our instance. Occasionally our header logo and fav icons (always together) will appear as broken images. When we see this to be the case Chrome’s developer console shows that the image was being fetched with a url that used localhost as the host like https://localhost/myimage.png. When it works, about 90% of the time, it uses our actual domain in the image path.
Is something you know of for me to try?
