Hi,
I have created a thrive leads lightbox which is linked and working with my Mailchimp account so all good there. I have also linked it to Postmark, inputed the verified email address ‘jon@j3tdrumtracks.com’ along with the api key for that email. I am receiving the test emails from my postmark account. The problem is is that when I fill in the lightbox from my website to test it with another one of my emails I don’t receive the thank you for subscribing email along with the asset to download. I have spent many hours on this now and was wondering if you could have a look and help out.
